Great Service Received

<p>To whom it may concern</p> <p> </p> <p>I am not really one to review a service but today I thought otherwise and just had too. We should give credit where its due, and in this situation I was blown away.</p> <p> </p> <p>My whole experience this morning dealing with 1Life direct has been absoutely amazing. Yesterday I completed an online quote and this morning when I called the call centre I was welcomed by an energetic well spoken, humbled genetleman ,Skhumuso Malinga . His postive outlook and and going the extra mile to ensure I was happy made the entire experience a meaningful one</p> <p>I was also assisted by a gentleman named Caylin, who was just as amazing.Very bold,confident and knowlegeable. Both consultants WoWed me.</p> <p> </p> <p>Thank you guys for assisting me for almost an hour and ensuring that I understand and that I am happy. Please continue to be as AWESOME as you are!!</p> <p> </p> <p>Management please take note that you have great ambassadors, that deserve to flourish.
