Great service From Elvis Baloyi

<br> Yesterday I received an email from 1 life regarding a change I had made with my policy. I misunderstood the email and I was so angry because I thought a mistake had been made and I had clearly mentioned what I had wanted to do. First thing I did this morning was phone 1life with the intention of complaining about what had happened. I spoke with with Elvis Baloyi and he made it impossible for me to complain. He patiently explained to me what I had asked and still took the time and effort to further explain certain information to me that I didn't understand.
