Great service from 1LifeDirect
I had to amend my life policy and called 1LifeDirect. The consultant who answered the call, Elvis Baloyi, had a pleasant and bubbly attitude. He assisted me very proficiently and professionally. I was pleasantly surprised at his knowledge of the products and the manner in which the conversation was conducted. There are very few people who impress when it comes to service and i must admit, Elvis did a brilliant job.
