WOW! what an amazing group of people in the claims department at 1Life.

I took out a funeral policy for my dad about 2 years ago, on advice from a friend as her dad had just passed away and it cost her a lot of money that she didn't have.

I'm so grateful that I took this policy with 1Life, I didn't have to phone or following up with the claim, all my documents were submitted on the Thursday morning and the money was in my account on the Friday just before 15:00.
