Great service at a very difficult time.
I lost my husband, and had to claim from my 1 Life funeral plan. Romano e-mailed all the necessary documentation to me, and rep**** when he received the completed forms from me. He is a very friendly and helpful person, at a very difficult time for me - which made the whole process easier for me. He kept me up to date with the claim process, which none of the other insurance companies bothered to do. Thank you Romano.
