Great service and attitude
I would like to pass my since gratitude to the person named above, for her professional and friendly attitude. She really knows her story and how to listen to the client. I have had bad experience with the call centre agents, they lost my respect. Today I am singing a different tune again, thanks to Hlalosang Maryann Mo***eng from 1 life direct. She is a star and a true professional.
