Great Service

I called in to make some changes to my policy and Wayne picked up my call and he was helpful and patient with me in explaining what was required in terms of information. I could sense great attitude that he wanted to be there and he enjoys what he does. With any call centre we meet a lot of different characters and attitude so you meet just one person who is great at what he does and who is willing to help one has to acknowledge that.
