great service
just thought I would give a shout out to 1direct for hiring Kavi such a great attitude and help on a Friday afternoon nogal. I basically called on a Friday afternoon just needing clarity on the fine print of my insurance policy. He was extremely helpful and understanding of all my little questions and I ended the conversation understanding my policies more than when I had initially taken them.<br> <br> Thanks kavi for the great service and thank you 1direct for hiring efficient knowledgeable and friendly staff
