Great Service
My late father passed away on 01 July 2015 and on the 02 July 2015 i called 1Life to inform them about my father's passing and that i want to log a claim within in 5 minutes after the call and spoke to Sunette Muller i received the claim documents off which it was very fast and accurate, on the 22 July i have submitted all documentation as requested from Sunette , then the matter was then escalated to Mareliza Pretorius who took the initiative to assist us and Mareliza was incredible with the feedback regarding our claim for my late father she kept us informed on everything she even went the extra mile to call and inform us on the process going forward the service was extremely good. Mareliza you where *AWESOME*
