great service

<p>i spoke to charlene phiri trying to do a claim for my funeral cover for my dad, the service i got from charlene was quit memorable and great through out the call she comforted me and made sure that i understand the procedure and what needs to be submitted, even though i was in tears i felt like i was talking to a friend i never had, the turnaround time for my claim was also quick. please keep up the excellent service not only to me but other clients aswell. :-)</p>
