I wish to take a moment to reflect on the great service I received from Shalendren Pillay.<br> <br> It is by far the best service I have received from an Insurance Company.<br> <br> I may not go in great length explaining the nature of my query but however the consultant displayed commendable attributes of a higher standard.<br> <br> These attributes include - but not limited to:<br> - the absolute desire to assist and resolve my query<br> - listening with empathy<br> - acting in the best interest of the customer<br> - displaying product knowledge<br> - service excellence<br> - maintaining a professional attitude and good business etiquette <br> <br> I am truly humbled by the great service experience...<br>
