Great Service
Shalendren Pillay, really helped me and provided great service this morning. I received such bad service from a previous call centre agent and I was about to cancel my policy as a result. He assured me that my problem can be resolved and the is no need for me to cancel my policy. I really wish that all the other call centre agents could be given the same training. If I did not speak to him today, 1 Life would have lost my business forever.<br> Great work, Shalendren!!
