Great Service

Today I called 1Life Insurance as I am a policy holder with them, there were outstanding changes that I need to amend with them and just query a few things. At first I went through to the incorrect department but was then transferred to client services where I spoke to Amanda, she is a true inspiration. I myself am employed in the call centre industry and I must say Amanda is truly an inspiration. Amanda assisted efficiently and even went the extra mile if I can say so myself because while on the line with her after my query was resolved in less than 2 minutes I also received documentation immediately at that time that was meant to come through my email in 24 hours. Amanda Ncongwane is really an asset to 1Life Insurance and I really hope she gets the gratitude she deserves. I don't regret making that call and amending my details with 1Life Insurance to actually continue being a client. Thank You so much for the great service, I really appreciate it.
