Great Problem Resolution with stellar customer service from consultant

I would also like to commend the consultant Skhumbuzo Makhaye who has been in constant communication with me in resolving a couple of errors by the company on my policy.
Feedback was provided in the promised time frames and follow-ups done promptly. Consequently, I have kept the policy cover as I had wanted to cancel it at once.
