Great personality over the phone

I received a call today from Nikita Pillay who works at 1Life Direct... I have been meaning to cancel one of my policies with them as I have 2. Nikita was pleasant and very helpful through the whole conversation I really felt comfortable speaking to her. She confirmed my details and the 2 policies with me and confirmed which one I would like to cancel and then directed me to the correct department, where I was further assisted.<br> <br> Thank you Nikita for all your help and for being so pleasant and cheerful .... something that is rare in this day and age in our call centres.
