Great customer service & product knowledge

I entered a competition on just play where they asked if i would be interested in life insurance, i rep**** yes & was told somebody will contact me.<br> <br> Lorenzo Ramsamy called me today. He explained the policy very well, it was evident he had great product knowledge and didn't use any jargon. He was very friendly from the word go even though i didnt sound interested @ first(my daughter was sick all night, i barely had a wink of sleep so i really wasnt in the mood) but he was patient. He's truly an asset to your company.<br> I once had a policy with 1life but cancelled it as it wasn't explained properly but now I'm looking forward to a long fruitful relationship. Till death do us part.
