Great Customer Service

I spoke to Sphumelele, looking to get a quotation with 1Life. She gave me best customer service, although she was a bit too slow when speaking. Hope 1Life could suggest reading more often to their employees so that their pace could be a bit faster. Either than that there was exceptional customer service.
