Great Customer Service by Wayne

One of my clients had been trying to get some servicing done on her policy with one life, this had been going on for a while and she eventually gave up on trying to get the service done. so Friday I contacted the call centre and spoke to Wayne and requested him to look at my client's request as I had sent an e mail to their generic e mail address, without hesitation he gave me his direct e mail address(which is not often done) and looked at my request and by Monday my request had been adhered to. SO FOR THE EXCELLENT SERVICE I GOT FROM WAYNE POWELL, I SAY 1LIFE YOU HAVE A REAL ASSET IN WAYNE AND HOPE YOU WILL TREASURE HIM.
