Great Client Assistance
Today I contacted 1 Life Direct to complain about a double debit going off my account.<br> <br> Despite my upset and anger, Bafana managed to calm me down.<br> <br> The conversation turned positive and I was happy with his professionalism and client service.<br> <br> I hope he gets promoted into a Leadership role in the future.<br> <br> He has the attitude and skills of a leader. He turned my complaint into a compliment.<br> <br> I will be sending a lot of referrals for policy covers his way.<br> <br> <br> <br> <br> <br> <br>
