Great chat with Ziyaad

<p>Was searching the internet to try and get a quote for life insurance, when I was still figuring out the process I got a call from Ziyaad from 1Life to assist me with the process. Ziyaad was so great to deal with, he made me feel comfortable to explain my situation and needs, gave me options and explained to me in sufficient detail to ensure that I understood everything he was explaining. He was approachable, empathised and willing to listen. He is funny, follows protocol and knows when to get serious to ensure the correct message is carried accross. He was a great help and made it so easy for me to make my decision, he gave me the time and knowledge to mull over my options and didnt once pressure me to go with his offerings or discredit other insurance companies.
