Great attitude and service received from 1 Life Direct
I called in and spoke to Simphiwe Mthimkhulu who was extremely helpful and friendly. I manage a Call Centre and understand the pressure the consultants face, but Simphiwe was extremely helpful and I am thrilled with the service I received from him. Well done Simphiwe, wish you were working at my Call Centre!!
