Great attitude and efficient service
sent an email to have changes made to my policy but I got not reply back,called the call centre number and got through to Bafana Malabie, within seconds I got the amend schedule and he went the extra mile of giving his direct email address so o can deal with him directly in the future.Made my life very easy today, a big thank you to BAFANA MALABIE.
