I called in for service and Wayne Powell answered beautifully. Since I was calling from my cellphone, he called me back to save costs for me. He was extremely patient with me. I would repeat questions and he would still answer them as if I'm asking for the first time. He took his time to make sure I understood everything he was explaining to me. I wish all call centers were like this.
