I was assisted by O’Neal Naidoo from durban who gave me a good premium. O’Neal Naidoo lacks patience with a client and does not take his time to explain everything with a client. I ended p with two policies which he promised to cancel one which was not done until another employee of 1life called to confirm that i still have two policies. O’Neal Naidoo must not rush to move on to the next client, he must be patient.
