Good service and friendly consultant

I received a call from Verchen Naidoo regarding my funeral policy payment due, and he was very gentle and friendly. He explained to me how the payment works and asked me gently when do i get paid and if i would like to change paying date. He also understood that i had an incident and actually comforted me that we are faced by challenges daily.

I would rate him 10/10, good customer service.
