Good service
I called to cancel a policy. When I called I was expecting to be told about turn around time for the request and to be asked many questions but instead Wayne told me exactly what to do. Within no time, I have my confirmation documents with me already. I appreciate as well for not making me feel guilty for taking away a business from the company Wayne. Now that was a good service.
