GOOD SERVICE
Aug'15 I spoke to Mbali Mphahlele from 1LIFE and she had such a great attitude and wonderful customer service. I was pleasantly surprised at her friendliness and the way she handled herself. She was knowledgeable about the products and very understanding in regards to my personal fear of needles unlike other insurance companies who just laugh at a person when you explain your phobia. Will definitely recommend her to other people who are interested in 1LIFE.
