TODAY I TOOK OUT A FUNERAL POLICY FOR MY FAMILY AND WAS PLEASANTLY SURPRISED TO BE ADDRESSED IN A POSITIVE AND PROFESSIONAL ATTITUDE. i DIDN'T HAVE TO REPEAT MYSELF AND FOUND THAT THE WHOLE PROCESS I DIDN'T GET FRUSTRATED WHICH I NORMALLY DO WHEN TAKING OUT TELEPHONIC INSURANCE.. WELL DONE PORTIA.
