Good Service

<p>I needed to cofirm a few details on my policy with 1Life. I called in and was assisted by Bafana Malabie.</p> <p>I was uncertain on my benefits of my policy saying this Bafana took his time to take me through my current policy he advised me of a current status that could impact me negatively in teh future if i do not resolve this, he even went back to confirm if my details were the same and he ammended my details to my current status.</p> <p> </p> <p>It is seldom these days when one speaks to a consultant telephonically that they make you feel like teh client and Bafana made me feel like a client and more importantly upheld the reputation of 1 Life in that i would not consider leaving 1 Life.</p> <p>Bafana took ownership of my profile and if i could simmarise before i phoned i was uncertain on my policy details as i had taken this out in 2007 after speaking to Bafana and him assisting me so professionaly i have a good sense of comfortability on my policy and that it is in great hands.</p> <p> </p> <p>One is always quick to complain, "propably human nature" it is also important to congratualte people when they render exceptional service and that is what Bafana rendered today.</p> <p> </p> <p>Regards</p> <p>Craig Fernandez</p>
