Good service
Mark Diedericks was very polite but friendly and professional in dealing with my query. He made it easy to talk to him and ask questions about my policy. My telephone line was not that good but he was patient with me and heard my query to the end, answered it and followed it through by promptly sending an email with the correct details to me as promised.
