Good service

I phoned in to 1Life Direct to cancel my existing policy with them. I spoke to Wayne Powell and he helped me very efficiently. He was to the point and did all what is expected of him without delaying anything. He was friendly and helpful. After the phone call he send me the mail as he promised. It came within a minute after the call. I have to acknowledge good service as it is not available at most places. Only at a few companies and a few individuals. Thank you very much !!
