Good experience while having to cancel policies

Wayne was very friendly and efficient, he made me laugh and lightened the situation because I was phoning to cancel my 2 of my policies. Nice to speak to someone who knows what they doing! <br> <br> Thank you Wayne!<br> <br> I would also just like to add that I had my policy since 2010 and 1 life is way over priced and I only ever had a call from you once, to offer a new product which I understood to be a better premium on my existing policy, please educate your call centre staff to know to tell the client it's a new product!<br>
