Good etiquette

I got assisted without having to wait too long for the phone to be answered. I did not get transferred from one individual to another.<br> <br> Especially the lady who assisted me, Nhlanhla Hadebe, was exceptional. She was friendly and very professional at all times. She had the required answers for all my questions. I'd to say she must keep it up. It is this kind of attitude that buys customer loyalty.<br> <br> Thank You
