Good Customer Service and Informative assistance
I CALLED REGARDING HAVING MY STATEMENTS SENT TO ME VIA POST AND WAS ASSISTED BY BAFANA MALABIE WHO WAS BRILLIANT ENOUGH TO NOT JUST TO HANDLE MY IMMEDIATE REQUEST BUT TO BE INSIGHTFUL AND INFORMATIVE REGARDING OTHER ASPECTS OF MY POLICY WITH 1LIFE. HE HAD A GOOD KNOWLEDGE BASE AND COMMUNICATED THE SUBJECT MATTER IN CONDENSED FORM AS TO NOT BOG ME DOWN WITH INDUSTRY JARGON. ALL IN ALL A GOOD CALL AND GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE RECEIVED TODAY.
