Good customer service always goes a long way
I requested a quote online and within 30 minutes I received a call from 1 Life representative, Ms Nokuthula who was helping me with activating a funeral cover for myself and my family members. From the minute she spoke to me on the phone until we finished the whole process - she displayed a very good attitude as she was willing to assist me, she was patient and she showed signs of an excellent customer service plus a gret sense of humour as the cherry on top. Companies and service providers out there need more people like Nokuthula.
