Good call centre agent
Bafana Malabie explained to me in detail the policy that I've had for 5 years with 1life that I did not remember the details. He took me step by step through the policy and help me understand how much I'm covered for, who is covered and who are the beneficiaries.<br> <br> Bafana is a very good call centre agent, he made me feel important and was willing to help me. Wish we had more people like you who are always willing to walk an extra mile when doing their work.<br> <br> Thank you very much and keep it up!!
