Good attitude and Going an extra mile
I reqested 1Life to call and Ziyaad Ambaram was my consultant. He was so polite and patient. He explained everything to me and by the tone of his voice I could tell he was talking to me with a smile on his face. I did not have my account number,and I asked him to call after a few minutes so I could call my bank and ask for it but he insisted on calling my bank for me and I got the account number. Call centres need more people like Ziyaad!!!! Thank you very much
