Going the extra mile

I would really like to thank Darren Ganas for going the extra mile during consulting with me regarding my policies. At first I wasn't interested in the phone call until he explained why he was calling. He definitely assisted me with exceptional answers to make it easier for me as a client to get access to my policies. And to top that he has a very sunny personality and made me feel comfortable and relaxed which I definitely like.
