Funeral cover with no compassion

Funeral policies are sensitive matters. In the case of 1life its not about the client or their bereavement rather its their process. No feedback on claims, turnaround time 24-48hrs is not even for payout of claim- it is for assessment. Its not designed for funeral cover for clients- if it was they would be tome sensitive and considerate. Also you have to call them to follow up. At a time of loss - this is not needed. I am glad i do not have life insurance and will be cancelling the current funeral covers once your turnaround time has transpired.
