Funeral cover claims not received
I lodged a claim with this company on a funeral policy I have with them. I haven't received any feedback nor funds from them. Tomorrow is the funeral and nothing has paid out. I didn't find their services helpful at all. I'm even considering cancelling my entire policy with them.
