Funeral Cover Claim
My father deceased last year and we have put through a claim and till today we have not yet got the R5000 funeral cover. Everyday when I call I am always told that an assessor is busy with my claim and I will receive a call same day but nothing. I have not yet received a call nor the clamed amount.
