Funeral claim

My policy was reinstated and they advised no waiting period now that they need to pay I am being sent from pillar to post waited more than the 24hours.. It shows how *********** they are how can the assessor of the claim not know that they reinstatement has no waiting period. And they say lines are recorded. They are the worst I promise. Think twice before you take anything with them.. They also lack empathy and will keep you on hold for longer than 10min. And their consultant do not anything. They keep saying they will call you back and they never do.
