My Mother past away in December. They want medical aid History from July 2013 the medical aid can't help me because the medical aid account is blocked or close i dont know what ever so how must i get all the documents. Im tired of all the excuses then they need this paper work then that paper work . Think maybe i must get the Ombudsman to help me .
