Frustrated with 1life

My mother passed away in 2020 June to unnatural causes. 1life has been sending us from pillar to post and requesting medicals and medical aid report that have nothing to do with my mother's death. My mother was the breadwinner, we are now at the of losing our home, they don't care or have any empathy for our loss...

As for their consultants, a bunch of *********** people, one had the nerve to tell me that if I expect them to get those medical reports themselves, its going to take a long time. They told me that their manager would call me back but no one has contacted me since. Its all nice when they promise their clients lies and when its time topay up, not only do they not care but they are just not bothered.

They are just a useless company that preys on grieving clients. To date there's absolutely no progress on the claim
