FRUSTRATED

I want my money back, they don't read emails, I sent to cancel on 23rd June but they have debited me 3 times already and the 1st debit wasn't even supposed to go off ob tge 25th of June, please cancel this and refund me its so frustrating I don't even know what the policy is
