Friendly Patient Service by Bafana Maladie

<p>I updated my existing policy and was assisted very professionaly by Bafana Maladie. His service was above what I expected as he was really patient and ensured that I updated and changed the needed parts of my policy without pushing to sell me items I did not require and he listened properly to what I required.</p> <p>I did however expect a bit more efficient aftersales response, but I do really like the option to work with one specific person in future for any changes and additions on my policy or other products with 1Life.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
