********** Debits

I woke up on Saturday morning to see a debit order from 1Life that was taken from my bank account. I have never signed up for any policies or insurance with them but yet my account was debited. I called them on Saturday but they were not able to locate any account listed under my details, when the asked my banking details it appeared that my banking details were listed under another clients account!! How is this even possible !! Ive been waiting since Saturday for a call back and nothing till this day. I want my banking details removed as soon as possible from that account as this is ***** and I will take matters further if this is not resolved.
