********** debit

This company has **********ly debited money from my account as I had not agreed to continue with their policy. Last week Monday I spoke to Amber she told my they can not refund me as they had to listen to the call, whereby she will get back to me by Wednesday. I have received no call on Wednesday so I called Thursday I spoke to a manager by the name of Gavvi and I was promised a refund by Saturday and a follow up call. I haven't received none of these promises yesterday I spoke to Jabulele and she said the funds should reflect later the evening or early today still nothing. I made another call and spoke to Kyle now and all of a sudden all managers a busy, this is ***** and I strongly suggest no person to deal with this company ever.
