Good Morning Please Help Urgently, I have a serious problem, 1 Life Insurance has been taking money from my Aunt and His Son Social Grant Money without their knowledge. Their agents made them sign policies and promised them that they will not debit any money from their accounts without their knowledge or permission but it is happening. They promised them to call them later to confirm if they are continuing with the policy but now they want to cancel the policy and I was told I can't since I am not the Policy Holder.

My Aunt is not happy and does not want to go on with the policy but I was told I can't cancel the policy without the letter. My aunt is not even capable of writing a letter but I am told they will not take my request. The call center people are so rude and ***********. I don't understand how do people offer pensioners policies without even asking if they understand. Now it has to be a struggle to cancel the policy.

Please help as my Aunt & her Son does not want this policy anymore she stays in the rural areas but she is expected to write and send the letter even travel to Johannesburg just to cancel this ridiculous policy. The call center agents are worried about what if the beneficiaries pass on and I have cancelled the Policy. I was given the authority by my Aunt & Brother to assist them cancel this policy since they can't afford to do it on their own.
