I have logged a complain 3 months ago regarding my grandmother’ sassa account which was linked to your 1life funeral cover **********ly. I have submitted multiple documents to prove as I was send from pillar to post by your call centre which didn’t show any care whatsoever. I eventually got hold of your so called broker associate whose running this **** on your behalf on pensioners saasa account, How shameful is that.I spoke to ladies called Promise Mlambo and Seabi Moletsane who eventually asked for affidavit, ID documents and banking details.3 months down the line am still waiting.1Life needs to be hold accountable for dealing with Prosperity.My million question is how many of elderly who are been ****med by this people? My grandmother was debit this amounts for more than 2 years.We demand that refund ASAP
